Purchase orders - Share your request with your charter school. Your charter school will email us a purchase order on your behalf, and we've got you covered from there! Direct purchases with a credit card - Your school will place the order on our website. We'll ship the product to the address provided or email the download links to the email address provided during checkout. Please click here to see a list of schools we currently partner with. - Direct Payment: Scholarship students may pay Homeschool Languages directly and submit an invoice or receipt for reimbursement. (Please contact with Children's First Education Fund for details.)
- Payment Request: Alternatively, complete the invoice request form here to generate a payment request from Children's First Education Fund. You'll receive an invoice within three business days to submit to Children's First Education Fund. Once we receive confirmation, we'll get your order out to you ASAP!

FAQs
Absolutely! If we’re not already set up with your school, we’d love to be. Each charter has its own process—some need a parent request, others ask us to apply. Just reach out and we’ll guide you through it.
For purchase orders, shipping is $15.00 per full curriculum box and $5.00 for smaller add-on resources(like vocabulary units or storybooks). Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within California. If anything changes—or if your state requires tax—we’ll be sure to let you know during the ordering process.
If your email address was included on the purchase order, you’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If not, we suggest asking your school to include it next time so we can keep you updated more easily. You can always contact us if you’re unsure!
All of our current curriculum is 100% secular and charter school approved. We work closely with charter schools and are careful to meet their guidelines.
In the future, we may offer a few optional faith-based resources, but if we do, they’ll be clearly labeled and kept separate from our core secular materials. Anything with religious content will not be eligible for charter school funding, and you’ll always know exactly what’s included before purchasing.

If the order includes a digital item and the family’s email is provided, we’ll send it directly to them by email. If we don’t have their email, we’ll contact the school to request it, which could delay delivery—so it’s always helpful to include it upfront!
